Hi Guys,
I don't feel like spending $80 just for BMW ALL Weather Rubber mats for my 525i 2006.
Any place to find used ones or something? Can't find any on ebay :(
Last bet would be Walmart I guess.
Also any good addons for Trunk, to hold grocery bags/milk cartons in place from moving around?
TIA!

Try www.autoanything.com
They have sets starting at $30, however i would not suggest the cheap ones. They are cheap for a reason. Hexomat and weathertech sets are great. They can be had for $44-66

Costco has cheap sets starting at 20 that aren't bad... but since you have flitted for a nice 2006, maybe you should get the bmw sets, I've had a bmw set since I bought my car in '04, and they still look new, just hose them down and dry, and they will last the life of the car... but your choice.

TIA!BMW sells a really nice compartmentalized holder (forms 3 compartments) - good for bags, milk, etc. Matches trunk too.

Are you referring to : "Collapsible Box" ? on the BMW Accessories box on page 23.
it looks like a box type thing.
What I did for now is, had an extra Trunk Net from my '02 Toyota Camry, hooked it to 4 odd corners in BMW trunk, seems to do the job for now, not so sleek looking though :)

Yah, I guess i might end up buying these $80 mats too lol... probably get discount of 10-15% off MSRP using BMWCCA membership.

Ja, I think that is it. It folds down into almost nothing, making it practically blend into the rest of the trunk.

You won't regreat it. I have them in both my cars and I think there great. IMO as good if not better than Weathertech. Good luck

BMW's rubber mats are well made and look good. I have them in my current 7 and they are a perfect fit. I think they are worth it and not expensive (after all, you bought a BMW so you can afford them). Weathertech is another good company (I had them in my 5, the fit wasn't perfect though) and the mats I think are better for trapping water and dirt since the grooves are deeper. You can find Weathertech at lots of different places online.
For cheap mats go to WalMart. The fit won't be perfect but they will be functional.

Thx for the input. So you guys use the existing MAts and then place these ALL weather rubber mats on top of them right?

yes, the mats don't move over the regular mats, saves wear on the actual carpet as well.
