Not so much a sales issue as a service issue, but I was staying with the in-laws on Marco Island over Christmas and the day before we were going to come back to Atlanta, I noticed that my front tires were showing the nylon cords on the inside shoulder. I called around and Germain was the only place in Naples that had the correct tires. On Saturday, the 30th, I called up and they pretty much put everything aside and mounted the tires before we got on the road.

It seems like a pretty small dealership, although they had 6 M6's and 2 M5's on the lot.
