Hi everyone well I would first like to say I am a new proud owner of a 2002 Artic White M5. The car had about 20K more then what it should had on the OD but because the owner had up todate maintance records and the inside an outside was in very good condition. I figure some opportunnities come once in a life time. The only complaint was he had lost his owners manual about a year ago he said. So a bit lost on the controls an functions as the M5 might be the with same with some functions as my 2001 540i but then there are functions I have on the M that I have no clue about. My question is do any of you know where I can pull a PDF file off the net on how to operate the intergated Radio/ NAV System cause it's a B--ch. I was able to find a PDF file but it did not cover the NAV system just the basis radio system with a diagram as the one I had in my 540i. I primarly want to use the Radio/ CD changer. I am not worried much about using the NAV System since I have been stationed here for the last 7yrs and plus the military teaches us how to read a map anyway. Hey I'd rather got more hp/ torque then a NAV System lol, look at me just got the dam thang and already complaining sorry folks well thank you Jesus and like I said if any of you can help me out or point me in the right direction very much apprecaite.

I forgot to ask do any of you know some good websites that deal with M5 only that I can get some really cool parts for the engine, exterior and interior? I saw a part that fills in that open area on the bumper between the two dual exhaust ports on the body mold. What are the brightest bulds I can burn in the fog lights before I start to melt the housing and can I get them in the same color as my headlights that bright blue tint? Can you have the rear window and the L/R back doors window shades installed if they didn't come installed from the manufacture?

Right click on the owners manual you want, and select Open in a New Window. You'll notice that the thread says the links don't work, but opening in a new window worked fine for me and I was able to download the 02 manual.
Unfortunately, I don't have an m5 to go with it.

m5board.com is a very useful resource. Once you figure out the nav/radio business it's pretty easy.
Congrats and welcome to the club!

For NAV-related questions, the X5 board is a great source...here is the URL:

Congrats on your car...I have an '03 myself. Make yourself at home on the M5 board.
