Hey all, I'm very smitten with Highland Green for my X3, but I keep flip-flopping on the interior color. Should I go Beige/Black, Beige, Grey, Black? Which wood color? Post your pics and help me decide.

Highland Green with Gray interior in a pic the other day and it didn't look good... I'd stay away from that combo. My first bimmer was a 323i in Fern Green with Beige Leather and it looked great... the Highland green is a very nice color.

A black interior would be quite dark when paired with the Highland Green (which itself, is a very dark green). Most X3's I've seen with H-Green are paired with sand leather. However with the introduction of the Sand/Black Nevada leather, that's the one I'd recommend. I pair my trims with the interior color, so given Sand/Black, I'd go for either the dark or light poplar wood trim. Most dealer cars have the latter, and it looks okay. The Dark would prob work better.

I've seen a highland green with sand color interior and it looks very nice. Also the sand/black combo looks very good if you want a slightly darker interior with some contrast.

Had the same model and color combination MY99. My first BMW. My next one will most likely be green with black, beige is hard to keep clean.

Sorry I don't have pics.

I had a highland green with terracotta interior for the past two years. I loved the color but found it hard to keep clean. I had problems with swirl marks when I took delivery because the dealers detailers messed up. It took two separate visits for them to get rid of the swirls.

I got many compliments on the color combo. Many people didn't know terracotta could be ordered with highland green since it was not shown as an option in the catalog or website.
So it was a somewhat rare combo.

My dealer told me I might have problems selling the car. HA - I sold it in a week! Anyway - good luck with your choice!

I would have picked the Highland Greend/ Terracotta if I could have the spots pkg. I couldn't get the sports package with the Highland Green. :tsk:

I do love the Alpine White/ Terracotta combo I got tho

These are all Highland Green, though in some of the photos is hard to tell. The last one has Highland Green on the door pillar.

Hey Guys, Thanks for all the awesome advice. User Bobert just posted pics of his parents new black X3 and I love the color combo they chose. Will this look good on a Highland Green X3?

I have a MY07 Highland Green / Sand Beige interior. I am a big fan, was going to do the sand beige / black combo, but opted against it and am happy with the results. Only downside is the beige gets dirty pretty easily, but I just keep the Armorall wipes in the car and it cleans right up.
