I don't see heated mirrors anywhere in the brochure. Are they included ? I can't imagine they are not but I figured I would ask.

Are you sure about that? The manual (at least '05 & '06) states the side mirrors are automatically heated below a certain temperature. I'm not aware of them being listed in an option (unless their hidden in premium or cold weather). I can't confirm since my X3 is garaged.

And yes, cruise is standard.

Yes, automatic heated mirrors are standard. You don't need to (nor can you) switch them on; they come on automatically below freezing temps.

How about the spare tire?

My dealer who's a retard couldn't find it when I asked so he said it comes with runflats as standard so therefore there's no spare.

The X3 does not have runflats, it comes with a space saving spare.

The spare is under the vehicle just ahead of the rear bumper. The mechanism to release it is inside under the rear cargo floor.
