Hi all,

Just purchased my new M5. It is great. I am wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction... The car has everyoption possible, however is missing the CD's for the navigation, any tips on where to get these would be very helpful. Also wondering about rims, I know 20's will fit, but can anyone share offsets and such with me?

I will be searching the forum for answers to my questions, but any help is appreicated.

try Ebay for the nav CDs. They come up now and then.

If it's 03 as your handle suggets, you need a DVD disk. Ebay is your best bet.

I have been monitoring the M5 market closely, and will probably buy when the 03's become reasonable since I don't feel like dealing with the Vanos and carbond buildup problems of the earlier MY's.

Thanks for the replies guys I appreciate it. To limit confusion, my car is actually an 02M5,
I tried to take that screen name and it would not let me for whatever reason.

So based on my limited research, I know I need CD's rather than DVD's for my nav. Since I live in Washington and occationally visit the 2-3 surrounding states and Canada does anyone have a suggestion on which disks I need? I am thinking all 9 is a little unwarranted...

Also anyone have any news on wheels for me? What specific offset do I need to be looking for in a 20 inch rim?

Thanks again,

J

I got the Nav CD's through my local dealer. I probably overpaid, but I got a cool case for them.
