I am looking for the part number for a round airbag which will fit the sport steering wheel? Is it same as the one used for M3 wheel? Please let me know.
Thanks

This question would be easier to answer if it were clearer.

If you have a '99 E46 with sport steering wheel, it does not have a round airbag. The part number is 32 34 1 095 767

If, on the other hand, you have gotten a later sport steering wheel like those fitted to later (2001-) E46s, that is another question.

Or, if you have gotten a sport steering wheel as fitted to the late E36 M3s and to Z3s (without multifunction) and to E39s (with multifunction), which also has a round airbag, that is another question.

If you can clarify, I would be happy to answer your question.

I am acquiring a 2001-2 sport steering wheel with multi-function control on it to replace my e46 stock one. Some of the sport wheels are triangle airbag but the one that I like required a round air. Does the M3 wheel have the same airbag as the sport steering wheel? Please advise

Yes, it does. You can use the airbag from any 2001-up E46 with the sport steering wheel or the M sport steering wheel, or the M3 steering wheel.
