Looking for E30 or E36 M3 in Seattle Area

If any locals here know of any decent E36 or E30 M3's, please let me know. I'm looking to spend 15-20k on a good condition car. Mods are fine, as long as they're tasteful or performance geared.

Also, any advice would be appreciated!
