I'm fairly new to the BMW world, and wondered what differences there are between the 325i and 328. Both are Sedans, and most specifically wondering if the door panels from the 98 328 will properly fit my 93 325i.
Any help is appreciated. Kind of need info ASAP because I'm trying to purchase a set of panels from the 98 328.
Thanks.

same year or different years buddy?
If they are the same year then pretty much everything could be swapped over minus engines parts and mechanical crap :)
Im sure the doors will be a direct fit.

You should have no problem. My understanding is that the panels on sedans are all the same. There were upgrades on grilles and lights (?) and colour coded bumpers. The later E36's also had a diffuser built into the rear bumper - but panels should all be common. The Coupe is substantially different, so don't get any coupe parts.

As long as you get door panels from the same car (i.e 4-door car panels from a 4-door car) They'll work.

Every body panel on the different body types is different apart fron the bonnet (hood) i have been told by a few people
Andycapps is right though, you shouldn't have a problem

Thanks guys. That's exactly what I thought (panels would be the same, with very slight differences cosmetically), but I wanted to confirm with the gurus.
I guess I'll proceed with my purchase.
