CDV in 07 X3 3.0si?

Does anyone know if the 07 X3 has the CDV? (I think it is clutch delay valve).

I have heard that most owners remove this valve, with better shifting performance. But I don't know much about it, can someone enlighten me where to look to see if I have it?

I did a search, but I couldn't find anything on an 07...

well i know the e90 330 has the CDV (i think they all the manuals might actually) and people have complained about not being able to shift smoothly...and if i recall a few member did this but the jury was still split on weather it helped with the shifting or not. some people swear it becomes a different animal but few "real world" members/reviews said they although if felt nice in the beginging it wasnt all that. i thought about getting the aftermarket CDV also in the beginging BUT after a month or so and you get used to your car it really was no prob shifting smooth. its-a-like-a-butta.
