Well, i finally got my car Superchipped today and......................................

IT IS BRILLIANT!!!

She is much more responsive, smoother and has more power throughout the rev band. I am REALLY impressed.

I would not say she has massive amounts more power/speed (she was already FFFFAST), but the delivery is more consistent and positive. Also, in second at 3k revs if you toe it, she throws you back in the seat and you have to hold on tight hehehe. Plus it got rid of all those irratating flat-spots :drive:

They just re-mapped my current chip too which was cool, no need to play with my ECU itself!

Really want to get her on a rolling road now to see what the BHP is but MUST be well over 200bhp now. :D

Am a very happy bunny today!!! Have just had my car superchipped by Race Sport International in Exeter. These guys were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I also had an Apollo K&N CAI so between the two you can imagine the difference this has made.

The first thing you feel is the more positive acceleration throughout the rev band. We have an infamous steep incline [9 per cent] that links Exeter to Torbay. This hill really sorts out the men from the boys! Before the K&N & superchip my car struggled at a declining speed from 75 mph at the bottom to around 60 mph at the top as well as having to change down.

Today, however, I hit the bottom at 75 mph in 5th and dropped it into 4th half way up and she just kept on pulling. Amazing power and lots of lovely grunts from the K&N!

Pulling away from the lights was noticeably quicker. I am absolutely thrilled to bits! Would recommend this to anyone.

Yes, pirate I know that your car is MUCH faster than mine but my car is cleaner!!!!

She is right by the way, hers is A LOT cleaner than mine. Maybe if she cleaned mine when she did hers it would be a different story...after all they are parked on the same drive!!!! :D
