Is anyone else annoyed that you can only get your bhp by putting your car on a rolling road?

I am not overly bothered what the bhp is on my baby but my curiosity burns strong hehehe

Not sure what the point of this post is really, guess i am hoping someone will say "you can use <insert product name here> to do it" :D

Brake horsepower is measured at the flywheel with the engine on a test dynamometer. A rolling road or chassis dynamometer measures wheel horsepower.
