A wall hit my 93 318i auto sedan. I need to replace the front bumper, both bumper shocks, nose panel, left turn signal, both inner fender cover and left side bumper bracket and some other small stuffs.
My question: Are all E36 sedan body parts the same? Can i use parts from 92-99 3series with different engine size as long as it is from a sedan?
Thanks for the info. I'm going to start looking for parts at junk yards.

production date is 7/93 with m42 engine

you are correct. If the parts are from a sedan and your car is a sedan u will be fine. Look on ebay there is a place out there by you that has bumpers for @50-75 and i am sure you can pick it up.

Here are a couple of people.

In addition to my previous question, should i avoid buying use/old bumper shocks from ebay? I'm trying to keep my cost low but have a feeling i should buy new. Cheapest one i found was $70 + shipping at pelicanparts.

bmw owners are stereotypical to be crappy drivers.
That lil badge that they sit behind gives them alil too much confidence.
Jk!!!
I suppose its the same for every car really!

nah, i was just being stupid. But in my e30 i almost got into a few accident. People would just cut me off, overtake me when im turning into an off street. I think they just see a bmw and think "Richboy, he can afford it!"

All sedans use the same parts. You can use the parts from another series as long as they are sedans. And its fairly easy to do a bumper bracket replacement (http://www.automd.com/how-to/how-to-replace-a-bumper-bracket-or-side-support/). It would save you a lot of money if you would do the replacement yourself.
