Changing Rotors & Pads on E39...

I know I have seen this thread before where someone shows how to change brake pads and rotors, DIY, and I was wondering if its the same with 5 Series and if theres a link to guide you thru b'cause last week the 'check the brake linings' sign came on and i stopped drivin my bimmer and took my '98 dogde 'humpty' intrepid for a spin and you no thats no fun... Anyone with a clue?
