What would you pay for this '01 X5?

Just curious on what members think this X5 is worth. It's an 01 5 speed w/ 28k. Sport, DSP, Lumbar, Convenience, Moonroof, Xenon, Rear Airbags, and Self Levelling Suspension. No cold weather/heated seats or premium package (though most of the elements seem to be there). Not CPO'd.

Try checking CPO inventory in your area for a similar vehicle on bmwusa.com. Obivously, you should pay less from either a dealer or a private party. Use Edmunds.com or kbb.com to check private party prices for similarly equipped vehicles. Good luck.
