Look at her, she's unhappy, tied to "the rack"

<p>
And they even got her chained down!

Geez, Haus, I really hope for your sake they can make her right - it'd really suck if she didn't 'feel' right after all of this....

Well, after telling me yesterday that they had a 70%chance of saving the rear body panel they told me they just can't make it fit and have to cut it out and re-weld in a new one.

Maybe she'll turn into a dedicated track car...

**** happens

Does the car need to be re-aligned after the work? Time to figure out just how much front negave camber E36 M3s will take. :D

Yup, she will get a 4 wheel alignment and all wheels will be chaeked for damage

While that sucks, haus, it doesn't look that bad after all - a good body shop will make it good as new. At least it is not the chassis that is bent... :thumbdwn:

The worst part is that shes DIRTY! Ya think the body shop would let me come up there and give her a quick going over with Speedshine?

Good luck on the rework - hope it feels just like it did on the track

That's the bad part...I've only had the M like 4 months...never got it out on the track.

Doug,

My name is Tony Cota, I am the Parts Manager for Cutter BMW in Santa Barbara. I have been reading your evaluation of our level of service which concerns me. You mentioned that I blew you off when in fact I have never corresponded in any media. I have replaced Manny with Travis Alexander, a Parts Advisor that is directed to provide our clients with fast, accurate and excellent prices.
Yesterday you called at 4:45 PM on asking for prices on X-brace for your BMW. The phone number you gave Travis is not in operation or more accurately stated, Travis wrote down the wrong number.

Please call me so I may introduce myself 800-676-1595 ext 2350
