I have a 97 328i that I would like to upgrade the headlights in. Angel eyes are sweet and I have seen a lot of good 'deals' on ebay but I want to make sure I get something that isn't a total piece of crap, I would also like to get HIDs for them. Can you guys point me in the right direction? I am trying not to break the bank on this one.

Thanks,

jarthur

DominquesE30 had just bought some too, so he would be a good person to ask once he gets them fitted

Fairly easy to complete installation, but if your not good with electrics, u should let a pro do it!

I actually had a question about this and didn't want to start a whole new thread for it. I have my stock headlights, and want to upgrade to angel eyes. I keep trying to look around but never find anything specific, so when I upgrade, would I be replacing just certain components of the lights or the entire thing (housing, wires)? Also, what is the difference between predator chromium and angel eyes?

Some of the cheaper ones sold on ebay are total crap. Watch out for the connector plugs on them because they may not be 'plug and play' as touted on the auction. You may need some kind of adapter to make these work. I bought a pair for my old 94 325is and the connector plug pin settings are totally incompatible.

Most of these sellers dont even have them in stock but are selling them on ebay anyways. When you place an order, it will only ship 1-2 weeks after you paid because the sellers have to do their own ordering from their suppliers so you'll end up waiting double the shipping time - this is very true for sellers with less than 98***37; positive feedback.
