I say if its a black car go for black but then again i have a black 325i and i still cant decide if i want to black out but my frined did it on his 328is and it looks goo so i say go for it:) And the stickers i think you can still get i got mine a few weeks ago,

That really depends on the color of the car. If you have a red, silver or blue E36, then chrome would look great on it. If its black, you could go either way. Bright yellow E36s look better with black grilles.

lol bimmer_angel, i put them on my dads 330i which is technically my mums too :)
Man that car boogies but i choose my e36 anyday. Im in love with it :)
But the 330i mauls it left right and center for performance

im trying to send an envelope with a self addressed envelope inside



to get it there i've bought australian stamps (i live in Australia and the location is in the US) but what sort of stamp do i put on the self addressed envelope? im assuming i cant use an Australian one to get it back... thanks guys

And at the end of the day pete, its a bmw :) Doesnt matter how quick it is, The refienment is all there, the handling eclipses anything on the road and build quality is up to scratch. No matter if its a 4,6,8,10 or 12 cylinder. Only difference is how fast it goes.

You know what Dom for a 17 year old you sure have got your head screwed on. I agree with you 100 per cent.

I often think I would love a 330 convertible but the chances of me getting it out of 3rd gear is remote where we live. Every couple of yards or so there are damn traffic lights!! And, seeing as I hardly ever go on the motorway, it would be a waste of all that power. The car would eventually suffer from arthritis of its 'joints' through lack of exercise!!!

Will stick to my beautiful 320i for the time being.:thumbup:

I'm 19 and only have the 318i, not 318is so that must be nice having the extra 25 BHP! I agree on the handling and image being the main thing, I'm just going to patiently wait until I can buy the performance!

Where can u order those chrome grills? Those of you that checked out my thread about my car, you know what color my car is (besides the mud and salt). I think this color looks good in chrome...
