94 convertible rear seat belt cover

can anyone tell me how to replace the seatbelt cover on the rear parcel shelf of my 94 325I convertible ? mine has broken. Bentley doesn't say anything about it. Also is it part of the rear vents or can I buy it separately? and if so is it an expensive part.
