unable to open driver side door

I have a 2007 X3. Has anyone had this problem? I'm unable to open the driver side door when it's locked. The only way it will open is to insert the key, and jiggle it around a bit while turning.

This occurs whether i'm inside the car or out. Seems like the door latch gets stuck once locked. Anyone else experience this?

Well DUH you can't open a locked door :rofl: :rofl:

I'm assuming you mean that you can't unlock the driver's side door sometimes. I think you need a trip to the dealer.
