Moving seat rails back for tall driver

Does anyone have any experience with moving the seat rails back for taller drivers? Love to hear any recommendations..

I know a couple people who have done it and they said it was very easy and the modification works well. I think the clip is on the back of the rail nearest the center console - just pry it off with screwdriver/pliers.
