750i NO OPTIONS using ED

2/10k, at ED invoice, base 625 aquistion fee, max MSD's, owner loyalty .00115 MF reduction, NO SALES TAX

731 a month not bad, then factor in the 1500 BMWCCA rebate and bmwfs paying your 2nd lease payment and your effective payment is :

638.71!!!!!!!!!!

Now it is unrealistic to most for we don't live in a tax free state and will most likely pay at least 500-1k over invoice for your ED 7 series as well as 200 markup on the base aquistion fee. But you can't get into a 7 series for anything less than that.

I was doing the same Math. If it had gotten under $700 I would have jumped in. The second lease payment argument is specious. Since it takes two months to get the car, you are actually looking at 23 payments for 22 month usage.

I am hoping that next year when the E66 is getting towards the end of its production run, the deals will be sweater. Our lease is up next May.

For a 750i configured the way I like, stickering at just over $86K, the payment comes out to be about $765 a month including taxes, ED, 10K/year, 24 months, including taxes. Not bad.

I like to consider that the BMWCCA rebate of $1,500 as covering the Acquisiton charge plus first lease payment, that you aren't really driving the car (except for that time in Europe), plus a little change.

Unfortunately I have a killer lease already on my 525i - this would be more than double. Difficult to rationalize financially, since the seats are about the same, and the cars handle dynamically similar. My rational is that the 7 series is all about the rear seat room and comfort? But I only have a 2 year old, so where's the benefit? Perhaps a 535i would be the ideal car for us.

Hey guys, if you're counting shekels (as I am) look for one with a couple of years on it. That's where the bargains are.

Hey BABF, it looks like the MF and residuals for 24 month are the same. Is the ownership loyalty program the same?

It could be end of the road for the 2007 models shortly, and the residuals may come under pressure. So, perhaps it will get better in a years time with 2008s?

Loyalty is in effect this month still. This could be the golden opportunity if you qualify for it, and do an ed if you can still get an 07.

Been there done that. Problem is the lack of warranty on the non-2002/2003 models.
That is why a new one is the best bet.
