March price increase. Am I locked in?

I have a purchase order signed 2/17/07 for $XXX over ED invoice. BMWNA says my car was accepted for production on 2/21/07. Am I subject to the March price increase? Or am I locked into the pre-March prices per the bulletin located here http://jon.bimmerfest.com/bulletins/MY07MY08pricing.pdf (see bottom of page) Dealer seems to be suggesting I have to pay the March prices. I think they are lying. Thanks!

no, you are locked into the prior price. there is a notice floating around here somewhere to that regard.
