E60 Bimmerfest Attendees, CHECK IN!

Hey, some guys from E60.net are looking to get to Bimmerfest super early and try to get some space to put "all" the E60s in one spot.

I know, I know, it is first come, first serve, but nearly EVERY car event/show/meet has guys parking their rides next to each other...and if one group puts it together, it takes pressure off Jon, keeps the groupings together, etc. etc.

on the E60 board, and we're going to try to block off space for about 20 cars. We'll have to set it up on here, and the space will be first come, first served.

Thinking about a BBQ as well....what are the thoughts on that?

As long as you all arrive together, it should not be a problem to be parked in the same area. Signature parking will be handling all of the parking again this year and they will be unable to fill any special requests if you do not arrive together at once.

Also, please do not arrive earlier than 9:00 AM as we cannot block the roads and we cannot let people in any earlier as the vendors need time to set up and prepare for the wave of 5,000 or so people expected.

It is nice to have a group show up together though and have a section of similar cars though! :thumbup:
