So I finally removed my 225-40-18 Dunlop Winterspord 3D non-Rft's and AR1 rims as I think winter is finally over here in Chicago and I re-installed my stock 189's with the Stock RFT's and what a difference...
I can feel every kink in the road through the steering wheel (and believe me there are a lot of kinks right now).
If I take either hand off the wheel and hit a bump the car practically lunges in the opposite direction.
Is this normal? Did I really get so used to the mushy feel of non-runflats that my RFT's feel dangerous, or could there be something else going on?
(Tire pressure looks OK, and balance shouldn't be an issue since the tires were never removed from the rims., but who knows.)
Anyone have any thoughts or ever experience the same thing?
