h&r springs

Shopping for springs for my 99 m3. interested in h&r, but was hoping on input about
the difference between sport and race. Are race too low? Too stiff? any input appreciated

depeds on how much of a drop you want and if you have enough room, i got sport on my 3 series, bcuz i didnt have to much room to go down, the back drop is very little but front is good, theyre good springs, my ride is more smoother now even with 19" wheels
