Summer Tires!

I'm having a tough time deciding on summer tires.

I was sold on the General Exclaim UHP at first, but now I'm not sure after looking at other catagories (Max Performance, Extreme, etc).

How much of a difference is there between High/UltraHigh/Extreme?

These tires will be used only for the summer, but I live in Seattle, so rain is probable.

Try not to get lost in the various categories IMO. The Exclaim UHP is a great entry-level performance tire. Another good tire for the price worth considering is the Kumho ECSTA SPT. Tires like the Michelin PS2, Bridgestone RE050A Pole Position, and Goodyear GSD3 are the next step up in performance and price.
