No, not as far as I know. Only manually.

No, that's not a menu choice, you have to push the button.

It's possible1 Fit a relay into the lock circuit that activates the mirror button circuit.

I would be very careful making any changes like this. Auto manufacturers look for any reason not to honor warranties and it doesn't make any sense to risk that for something as simple as pushing a button that's at your fingertips.
