I can't afford the 2008 and the MF and Residuals are still great on the 2007, so I assume I can still order?

I also have a couple of additional questions:

1) If I do two ED cars at the same time, should I be able to negotiate a bit harder with the dealer (the other car will be a 335i Convert and I know it's a pretty hot car)?

2) Can I order the USB iPod connector on the 2007?

3) Is the MY 2007 5-Series pricing above still accurate?

Thanks in advance!!!

2007 5 series has been out of production almost 3 months, so I highly doubt you could do ED for one. BMW still has lease terms on them because many dealers still have them in stock.

Thanks for the response. Any way to confirm this before I get too depressed and have to rethink a new 5 - ED?

I'd go 535i Sport through ED, its almost as fast (only .3 sec difference in 0-60) and just as nice.

+1. Just ordered an ED 535 for a 22 June delivery. On the test drive, the 535 didn't feel significantly slower than my 650 coupe. Perhaps a little less bottom end, but great passing ability.

That's a negative, Ghost Rider.

Thanks all.

Off to build a 535 and 335 and make a decision. A 335 (sedan) for around $500 a month (lease w/10k) is going to be pretting hard to pass up...

adwebinc....

My dealer here in Cincinnati has a black on black loaded 550i Sport on the lot. I don't know what kind of deal you could work out. If you are interested, let me know and I will give you my CA's contact info.

But its a 3 series buddy....

5 series is 10x more exclusive and impressive than a 3 series, though it is a great car.

No to the 2007....

You personally can not order 2 ED cars, one will have to be in someone else's name. Also, the 3 convertible is sold out of ED allocation until late August, early September. Getting 2 via ED is not going to give you much more bargaining ability, same amount of paperwork the CA is going to get their flat rate. Go with an 2008 535 better deal and nearly the same car (minus the look of course).

Best of luck!

Take delivery in November or December. That's the time MF start to drop.
