Tonight the BMWNA website finally has replaced the 2007 5 series with the 2008 5 series. How long did that take! That coupled with the ED screw-ups lately doesn't seem to represent a high performing business commited to customer service. Well I guess we at least appreciate BMW's commitment to building the best performing cars.

Actually it does seem to represent a high performing business since they wouldn't want to advertise the refreshed 2008 model which would suck the wind out of the sails of all the 2007s still sitting on lots which would lower profits. :p

Not speaking for the ED mess ups though since I'm not familiar with what's been going on there. :)

Payment calculator doesn't work yet. But at least they seem to be making some progress.

Thx,

Michael

It was there this morning when I was home. I just got to work and now the updates are gone. The 525/530 are back.
:dunno:

Anyone have a link to the 2008 brochures for US? If so, thanks in advance. Looking for 535xiT if possible.

Sorry, I guess I wasn't clear. I understand what ED is and how it works, I was referring to some postings above where people imply that there are problems with it.

I guess they are referring to the delivery dates being changed for some folks (as I discovered perusing the ED forum). If that's all, only affecting a few people, I'm not going to sweat it...
