Hey All,

I am experiencing quite a bit of vibration while braking under speeds at approx. 100 kilometres or more. New brake pads and rotors and on the car and also has brand new run flat tires (Dunlops). Vibration felt in the pedal, steering and front end of the car.

Can anybody help???

I know the brake pads/rotors, and tires, need a few hundred miles to break-in, and you are advised to take it easy.

Perhaps that has something to do with it.

Either caliper mounting bolts are not tight or the wheels need to be balanced, check torque of lug bolts too

Thanks for your responses. 525iEnjoy I will double check your mentioned points but I do think they where covered any other possibilities???

Update......ok so the SA drove the car yesterday and says the front rotors are aftermarket and this is what it causing the vibration during baking at higher speeds apparently they cannot handle the braking power of the car. They are suggesting to change them to back to Original Man. rotor to correct the issue.
