Not to burst your bubble, this is just my own opinion and that only....but I think a better deal can be worked out....
BMWNA is going far to move 04 inventories.... meaning there are ALOT of good deals out there.
The mile seems to be a bit high, and no premium sound, nor sports pkg which are the real price boosters on a BMW.
I think its almost safe to say that most of all 5's have a premium pkg, and the cold weather pkg is a very inexpensive option. Although navigation is not an inexpensive option, however, other than that, it seems the car is a simple baseline 530 with bit of miles on it. Even the paint is a basic jet black rather than the Blk Saph.
I think you can do better than the price they are offering you for the car.
Again, its my opinion. If you feel that you are getting a good deal, that's the only thing that really matters.

I do know that BMW financial has 3.9% financing and first 2 payments free on all 3, 5 series (M cars exempt) until the end of May. I just bought a 04 545 w/ 9222 miles cpo w/ extended maintenance under these terms. So that could make the deal better. Ask your dealer...
