how to adjust aux input level on nav?

Hi, I just had the dealer install the bmw aux input into my 330 with nav. When I plug my iPod in, with the volume cranked up, I still have to crank the volume on the head unit way up. Is there a way to adjust the aux input level through the head unit?

1-Lowest amount of input gain
6-Highest amount of input gain
