I'm new to BMWs, and wonder if any Vancouver area guys have a recommendation for a good independent shop. My car is an 06 330 Ci with the ZHP option pack and 6 MT.

Just out of curiosity, I went to "The BMW Store" (local dealer) and was quoted $139 for an oil and filter change.

Try Nixon Automotive on Kingsway *by the new Save on Foods). Ask for Ryan or Mike.

Thanks dude! I took the car in there today for a computer re-programming, and was very happy with the service and the price. I think I will take my car there for whatever I can't do myself.

I now have an odometer in Km, the MPG is now Litres per 100 KM, and I have daytime running lights. The car should pass the Federal Inspection with no problems. :D

Just to add a new data point, I had my driver's window regulator replaced at Nixon Automotive for $220 (parts & labor). They also installed my RSM's for $88 (labor only). The service was great. Highly recommended.
