Waiting longer than 8 weeks for redelivery?

What happens if BMW takes longer than 8 weeks to redeliver a vehicle?

I dropped of in Munich on 4/9/2007, it's been 8 week today.

The car has been waiting in the port since 5/10/2007.

Worst of all, my sales manager will not return my calls (2 so far).:cry:

The same thing happened to a client's car where it arrive at POPJ on 5/1 and didn't arrive at the dealership until 5/25. I never knew what happened to cause the delay. It was just weird.

I suspect with month end close, the sales manager was too slammed to return the call.

The only thing that happens when delivery takes longer is that the wait becomes more painful.:(
