Huh? Is that possible? How can he own a BMW and not be a BMW Man? Is someone forcing him to drive it? Poor guy.... :)

A BMW driver appreciates the car's performance ability, a Bimmer man goes the extra length and worships the car instead of just using it as a tool. A BMW driver may or not not buy a BMW the next time he gets a new car, whereas the Bimmer man will always go for BMWs!
I consider myself in between the two.

Summed up personally
I am a bimmer man through and through and would only buy a non-BMW car if it was in ADDITION to a bimmer

90% of people who own BMWs don't care about the car as a whole. They buy it just to have a BMW as a status yuppie thing and just drive it, staring straight ahead, zoned out, probably talking on the phone. Look at last years sales figures.. most people bought the cheapest barebones 325i with the automatic transmission.. and maybe the premium package. In places like SoCal, Houston, Sactown, Miami, etc. 3ers are a dime a dozen. Heck, you cant even walk into a dealership anymore and FIND a standard transmission, you have to order one if you want it.
