So my 97 328i has this weird problem, when I hammer it and get the back wheels spinning decently enough for the ABS to kick in. the light comes on, and only turns off when i stop and restart the car again. But recently what has been happening is, when i really give it a good punch the light stayed on even after the restart, and I checked under the hood and the ABS cable pops out of the socket. this has happened only every time i really give em a good spin. I checked the plug and it's fine and clicks in very tight and normal. But when i punch it hard enough it pops off. anyone ever experience something like this? what is going on, haha.
thanks

I thought the ABS controller was behind the glovebox. (Mine is.)

check your engine mounts , could be split in half making the engine lift up
