hey mate
Have you checked that the oil pressure is not too high?
Will admit that i cant think how you would do that, but sounds to me like it is!!
Damn man, with all your questions, if I were in your situation I would just take the car to a tech and have them thoroughly inspect it and fix it!

How can you check the oil pressure? it must be possible as you can get gauges....plus you have a light if it gets too low....:dunno:
Bahaha, dont worry bro. Ive had a long day also (5am wakeup + 12hrs of backbreaking labour! and I hit my head :-/ )
I like gauges. Ive never been one to like idiot lights lol

Oyy dude. . .Check your PCV valve It's on youre intake manifold.
Or the vintilatioin pipe rom the manifold to the air-box OR air-pipe.
you didnt mention if you changed your oil filter when you changed your grade of oil?? And when the oil leaks, is it alot like its overful or just a slight drip?

its just a slight drip ... hmmm its seem like high pressure that forces the oil out of the cap....

My 97 328is has a rubber washer around the oil fill spout, sometimes it comes loose. I don't know if that would cause your issue but you might check to see if it is still fastened on the oil fill spout.

I'm not talking about the washer on the cap. I'm talking about the washer around the outside of the oil fill spout on the engine.
