Hello everyone!

I just would like to announce that Turbonetics has developed a Spearco Intercooler with patented WAVE technology for the E90/92/93 335i models.

Click Here for the Press Release on the Spearco Intercooler for the 335i. (http://www.prweb.com/releases/2007/7/prweb538877.htm)

Performance:
14.38 horsepower average increase over stock at higher boost levels
Averaged 14.3 pressure in and 14.1 pressure out - Only 0.2 pressure drop
Temperature drops average over 125° F and 10% better than stockDetails:
Bolt-on intercooler kit…no modifications required.
Bar and plate core design - designed for rugged conditions and high boost levels.
Computer modeled core design - high effectiveness and low pressure drop.
Works with all ECU upgrade programs.
Strong aluminum end tanks and piping replaces the weak factory plastic
Installs in under three hours
1yr/unlimited mile "no fault, no hassle" warranty from Turbonetics.
335i intercooler- All factory mounting brackets are retained. Kit includes all heavy duty T-bolt clamps and silicone hoses needed for installation. Please note that Spearco Intercoolers come with patented WAVE technology. No other intercooler has this feature. Click here for more information on WAVE technology (http://turboneticsinc.com/ic_wavetech.htm)

A Turbonetics representative on the board told me that their WAVE technology is far superior to a conventional intercooler. Conventional intercooler cores are thin-walled, extruded aluminum tubes that are not designed to handle extreme boost pressures, and limit cooling performance because of their narrow width. W.A.V.E. Technology Cores utilize the lates design advances in strength and durability and maximize cooling effectiveness through a greater surface area. Wider is better.

Now for the pricing... MSRP is $1499.00 but if I can get 10 or more dedicated commited customers the best I can do is $1200.00 plus shipping. Turn around time once orders are placed is 2 weeks.

I highly recommend the Turbonetics Intercooler for 335i owners that track their BMW and who also have the PROcede, Xede, and Turbo Tuner...especially if they drive hard.

If you're interested please start a list but only put your name down if you're serious. Again this GB will only happen if I can get 10 or more buyers.
