You say endorsements don't work? You'd be wrong. Seeing that BBS approves Griots wheel cleaner prompted me to try it, as my Alpinas are made by BBS.
Its not a spray-and-hose-off product, but is meant to be sprayed on a dry wheel, sit for a minute or two, agitate with a sponge (included) and rinse off.
The sponge was about the perfect size for my wheels, which I think helped with the results, but either way, they came out really clean. I sprayed it pretty liberally, and I'm wondering if it doesn't need that much to work just as well, which would help on the economy side.
Overall, I'd recommend it.
