View Full Version : Borla Or Supersprint

okay so I want a new full exhaust. I've decided I want supersprint everything, headers, center resonaters, but im torn between supersprint or borla for the catback exhaust, does anyone know if one is superior in performance or weight, their about the same price and i favor the sound of the supersprint unit, any suggestions?

I personally would have to chose borla, but If you have already decided on supersprint everything, you might as well match it all up.

I like to match if I can.

I dont think there is really much differance between the two. They are both stainless, and will last you forever. I think you might as well just stay supersprint maybe you can get a deal with everything your buying from them.

Stay SuperSprint so you can match. I had a Billy Boat exhaust and I loved the sound of it every time I stepped on the gas!!!

I don't know if there is a performance/weight difference, but if there is, go for the better one.

MATCHING MEANS NOTHING: No one will look under your car and go "Well, everything else looks good but your catback is a different brand than your headers so it sucks". This isn't like matching the lines of a body kit, this is going for max performance here.

exactly, there is no real advantage to matching. I just personally like to match. it makes me feel better on the inside :p

^But, it can end up being a disadvantage ;)

One of the brands is most likely better. Thus, if the matching one is the lesser product, its not just "not an advantage", its a disadvantage.

Chad, go for the best part, not just the matching one, and apologies none of us have much info on them.
