I was told that there are 21 other vehicles in the country experiencing my problem where the DVD's don't usually play, and the system goes non-responsive. I've had the car in the shop for a week now and still no solution.
Anyone have any thoughts?
Sorry, that's "rear DVD" not read DVD, which may not be far from the truth anyway.
