According to the newly released compatibility chart from Verizon/LG the VX8550 should work with my 2002 325...ULF #552. The short of it is that it doesn't quite work. Pairs but will not connect. Curious to know if anyone has their VX 8550 (new Chocolate) working with their bluetooth. The only thing I can think of is they made mistake and they meant to print that it works with ULF #522, and not #552. Any other suggestions?

I have a new Chrysler (sorry) with the MyGig NAV and entertainment system. My VX8550 (also new) will pair but not stay connected. It also won't handle calls at all - in or out. Sounds like we have the same problem on different (very) cars. If you find out more please advise and I will do the same.

This morning I drove into my local Verizon parking lot, getting ready to return my new Black Cherry Chocolate because it wouldn't pair up with my 2006 330cic. Sitting there in the parking lot I tried one more time, and wouldn't you know it, it paired up, including loading the Phonebook. I have been using it all day, and it works perfectly. So, I guess I would say the new Chocolate does work with BMW Bluetooth.
