I don't know if you can specifically request Sabine. There are other drivers.

Ben Lovejoy says you have to book about a year in advance.

Don't waste your time, Ring taxi reservation is fully booked within 1 week of reservation open in March.

bring cash with you and check-in w/ the M-taxi office to get on the stand-by line first thing in the morning. Make sure you have a German Cell phone # that they can all you when a spots becomes available thru out the day.
