Need Expert Assistance!

Help! I'm soooooo not smart about this computer stuff. Office stuff I can handle, but I can't seem to figure out how to attach pics! :bawling:

Can someone please dummify it for me??

2 ways to do it. 1 way is to use the attach file button at the bottom of the screen when you reply or start a new thread. The picture/file should be on your hard drive. The 2nd way is to the picture/file on a hosted site, you insert the file buy using the "http:\\yourhost.yourpic.jpg " tags
