How much extra do vanity plates cost there? They're ridiculously expensive (IMHO) in CA, otherwise I'd like something like that).
BTW, no offense, but has anyone ever mentioned that your license plate frame is really cliche? Lol.
Occasionally I drive faster than the laws of physics allow my guardian angel to fly. Is that a bad thing? :)

It's actually cheaper than I thought it was (just looked it up). For a plain old plate with personalization, its only 40 extra to start plus 30 extra per year. Not too bad at all.
For the design ones, its 90 to start plus 70 to renew. On top of our already steep registration fees.
Do you guys have to pay annual fees or just one time?

it was either that one or "Next time you think you are perfect, Try walking on water." I gave this one a try to see what others said about it, I'm about to put my old one on. I think I paid $80 total for the tag, that was a renewal, custom tag, and then one other fee that was like $25. I just realized when I took a picture that it shows my tag expires in September even though I just got it and paid for the renewal. So now I have to make some phone calls, joyous.
custom plates in Estonia are $1800 :|

LOLOL.
I'm a Christian, and DNRC the only reason I found yours cliché is cuz I've grown up around those sayings, and that badge is prolly a bit sacreligious but I couldn't stop laughing when I saw it a while ago.
what do you mean by it being sacreligious? I will remove it today, the main reason why I put it on there was for it to bring up curiousity in unbelievers, not to slap God in the face, sorry if I have offended.

$50 in alabama last time I noticed. Those hidden charges they add on though usually jacks up the price so much I dont pay attention to the custom plate part :)

Congrats !!!
Over here, You cant have a custom plate. Only a good set of numbers. Wich costs in the 1,000$ range for a tiny bit over the average numbers. And they can reach wayyyyy beyond 10,000$ !!! Extremely and rediculously EXPENSIVE !

I never feel the need to make statements on my automobiles. If I do feel like making a statement, however, I have one in the middle of each hand. :D

My personal favorite "stupid" license plate is the chrome plate with the BMW logo in the middle on the front of the car (for those states and/or countries that don't require a front plate). The car has the BMW roundel on the front already; having another one two feet below it on a license plate not only seems redundant to me, it seems a bit elitest. It's like saying, "Oh, look at me, I drive a BMW."
A person either knows or doesn't know what you're driving at first glance, so a logo on a license plate isn't going to impress or enlighten them.
Now, if someone had this same BMW front license plate on, say, a 1973 Ford Pinto ... THEN I'd be impressed.
