19" or 20" help please

I am looking at putting a set of wheels on my car and I dont know which will fit best. My concern is that my 5 series has the sport package and I was wondering if putting 20" will make the wheels rub????? and what would be the perfect fit for a 2007 525I W/ sport package as for tire size etc. .........

I know of one with 22"s on it. 20"s with the proper tire sizes and offsets would be fine
