Never have mate
I like rims that you can see through but are still solid (not less than 4 spokes though)
It may just be the logo in the middle i guess

It's a ritual, only the Master has the patience to clean 80 spokes and still be able to smile afterwards.

I suspect if you own a B7, you don't clean the wheels yourself.
I've seen a few B7s... one at the local dealer, and another in the parking lot at work.

If I had a B7, I wouldn't wash my wheels at all. When they got dirty I would just buy new ones.

Why not just buy a new B7 every time it ran out of gas? :)

Because then you would have to re-do all of your radio presets, and that is a pain in the ass.

Radio presets? That's nothing compared to the other 32987476321876312879 iDrive preferences/settings.

I hear there are companies where you can rent them for a day to feel what its like to be rich. Cant imagine how much the daily insurance would be, though. :eeps:
Must be nice to be the master.

I dont want to rent a B7. I want to rent an M5

The M5 has been somewhat of a failure this time around, the smg has been disappointing, and the manual even more so. I'd rather have the 5.0L V10 in a lightweight 3-series :)

If youre going to Duabi anytime soon, tell me mate !
Lovely car !!! Theres alot of B7's here, They love the "Bigger is Better" thinking.
But, usually it means slower. Not with this car it doesn't !!!
Heres a photo I snapped of the older version about a year ago:

That would be tough choice! B7 or 550i?
I dont know...
Is the 550i available with a 6-spd?

i don't know...i know that it's got the regular automatic and then the steptronic automatic that has the pattle shifters and all on the steering wheel...i don't think the 550 has manual...at least in the US

EVEN I would have to take some sort of sedative pills after I had cleaned those
We had nightmare wheels on our E39 - you can't get anything in between the spokes to clean them properly.
But, by far, the worse wheels to clean are on our beloved 1967 S Type Jaguar. They are wire wheels - two layers that criss-cross - they are a nightmare:mad::mad:
