OK, I need some help!

I'm curious to know the ride height difference between a 97 328is and a 94 325i. I've found some weird answers on the web... Some say the 97 will be higher in the back but lower up front, others say they are almost identical, etc. etc.

In my head I see the 97 328is being about 3/4 inch lower up front and about .25-.5 lower in the back, but I'd like some concrete evidence. Reason being, my suspension is all but shot. I don't plan on driving much this winter, and I plan on doing a full suspension in the spring (probably Pss9's) but driving on what I have left in my car is not only dangerous, it's irresponsible. So, I am getting a great deal on a full suspension out of a 97 328is (springs, shocks/struts, and sways) and I'm wondering if it's going to drop the car at all. I know the spring rates on the sport are slightly stiffer, but I am a bit confused with the ride height...

Someone help a brother out!

The ride height is almost identical. Actually, I'm not positive but I think the springs and struts are identical part numbers for those 2 cars.

Hmm, I did a search on both at real oem... no info on the springs, but it seems that there are a few different struts for them both. There is 3 to be exact. 1 normal, 1 "sport" compatible with avus (whatever that means) and then 1 "low slung m-technic suspension". I'm assuming it has to do with what springs are in the car. We all know that M's are lower, but.... I guess I'll have to wait and see!
