'06 330i Blizzaks fit on '06 X3?

Last winter I bought (through Tirerack of course!), a set of rims and Blizzaks for my 2006 330i (225/45/17) and I am wondering if they will fit my 2006 X3? I probably do not need them on the X3 as it has a fairly new set of Pirelli Scorpion STR.

The wheels might depending on the model, but the tires are too short for the X3.
